It's a 48 star flag, but not the official one. Of course, there are small periods between flags become official. The official flag has a field of blue with 48 stars in 6 rows of 8 stars.
The flag I have is, instead, five rows of 10, with the 2 and 4th row missing the first star. It's crazy.
