North Shore? Ha! North of 3rd

The ad below is for a new set of shops on the North Shore of Long Island.

The location of the photo shot is definitely LA. I would say some side street looking from just below the intersection to the part north of 3rd between Orlando and Crescent Heights.

Shot is foreground shortened, and stop signs after the signal. Mix of Canary Island and Mexican Fan palms puts it between 3rd and Melrose. Use of old electric lines may make it even further east than La Brea.

But whatever it is, it is not the North Shore of Long Island!

This is the North Shore of Long Island (the pretty part) - note lack of Palm Trees of any type.
